Office: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm excluding major holidays
Warehouse: Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:00pm excluding major holidays
Round-trip transportation is to be arranged and paid for by the client. To avoid any delays when picking-up your order please make sure that you have the correct size truck/vehicle needed to transport your backdrop(s). For Logistic Company recommendations please call the office. All out of state orders must purchase and supply insurance through your shipping company.
Loss and Damage
The client is fully responsible for any costs due to loss, damage or alteration of the backdrop(s) once it leaves Pacific Studios warehouse, including damage incurred during transportation. If any damage is seen upon unpacking your backdrop please notify the office immediately.
All of our backdrops can be placed on hold at no charge to the customer. If a backdrop is not available we will be more than happy to suggest alternatives. If possible please have the job information available upon placing holds.
Pricing & Rental Period
Prices are based upon the size of the backdrop and the length of the rental period. Please call or email our office for quotes. If you need to extend your rental period please let us know as soon as possible.
Pick-up and Return
Backdrops are to be picked and returned to Pacific Studios by 4:00pm. If you are running late please call the office and we will try to accommodate you.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Please contact the office to discuss possible charges should you need to exchange or cancel a backdrop that you have already picked up.

Wire Transfers (requires pre-approval)
Certificate of insurance is required for all orders.
